That's usually the best way.

Have you checked the Shipping Database?

Hello Grant
I've used the database a lot and also put all my 6 shippings in.
I found it would help a lot if there could be also searched just by "from" or "to".
For example when I'm looking for an agent in Bangkok ,then I would like to find all shippings that have started or ended in Bangkok.
At the moment I have to do many searches to all continents to get the information.
Maybe you can adjust the query.
On the new layout I like the "Cost Paid at Start/Destination" because usually there's a big bill at the destination that in the old layout wasn't so clearly marked.
Where is the max. 2 years option?
Anyway thanks a lot for your work

Hi sushi,

Thanks for putting all your shipments in, that's much appreciated! We all put a little in and we all get a lot out!

good idea on the all shipments out idea, I'll have a look at it.

Max 2 years - we didn't want it to get too complicated, and it seems most people didn't bother ticking it so we left it off.

And you're welcome, thanks!

Rebel, have you actually looked at the shipping database? It has everything you could want, and in an easy to use format.

A Facebook group created for this would be a very bad idea I think, as it's temporary, hard to search, not everyone uses Facebook, and who knows where it is? The reason for our shipping database is it's in an easy to find location here on HU, it's kept up-to-date regularly with new entries, and we make sure it's clean and works well, and EVERYONE has easy access to it. We've also put a lot of work into it!

And the "Bangkok to anywhere" option as requested by sushi now works! Just choose Continent "All" and you have it.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
