The CB125E seems to have a CV carb. This will handle altitude changes better than the normal carb on the CT110. Fuel injection would be ideal to avoid re-jetting if you are aiming to do the worlds highest roads ~4500 metres. An inmate here raved about how much better a YBR125 was than an XR125 for use in South America simply because the fuel injection could handle the altitude changes better. The CB125E has a 5 speed box too which might be better for tackling hills.
