Postal address for Campsite in Islamabad
Hello
Does anyone have the address for the campsite in Islamabad? I can't find it on the internet, and i need to put it on my itinerary for my Pakistan Visa?
Does anyone know of a campsite near the India border crossing as well, or a cheap guesthouse recommendation?
Thanks
Fern

Tourist Campsite,
Shahrah-e-Kashmir Road.
I can recommend the Paradise Inn in Saddar bazzar/ cantonment area of Pindi (Pizza Hut and KFC across the road! and Flashman's Hotel is a walk up the road where on the right day you could get a take out Murree or two.
Lahore is only a short distance from the border, www.pakistanbikersclub.com are the guys to contact, you will not find more helpful guys than these FACT.
Cheers
Pete

Folk stay at the Regale Internet Hotel in Lahore. I was asked at the border coming from India where I would be staying, my response of 'just whatever takes my fancy' wasn't good enough and the guy wrote this place down, very basic though but you spend most time on the roof.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
