Aside from insurance, the only countries on your list which charge for vehicle entry are Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. For Azerbaijan I think there was a transit payment of $15 or so; in Tajikistan it was $25 if I remember correctly (for a car), and for Turkmenistan it depends on how long your transit route is - I usually paid about $120 each time I entered I think.
Other than that, you only need to pay for insurance.
