I did a similar trip in reverse 3 years ago, in the "non carnet" country I didn't show the carnet and got the temporary import permits at the border free o cheap. I don't remember perfectly but there was no hassle or big charges.
Only one time I felt that meybe they asked me more money that they should and it was 30 dollar fee in total.
You'll also get a cheap temporary insurance when needed.
I wouldn't worry much about it, just try to get info from other travellers on the road, to have an idea.

Aside from insurance, the only countries on your list which charge for vehicle entry are Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. For Azerbaijan I think there was a transit payment of $15 or so; in Tajikistan it was $25 if I remember correctly (for a car), and for Turkmenistan it depends on how long your transit route is - I usually paid about $120 each time I entered I think.

Other than that, you only need to pay for insurance.

Right, i Forgot about Turkmenistan!
I'd pay attention to it, and be prepared for a Plan B... I arranged the transit visa with all the right papers and I was willing to pay 300euros for visa and other stuff, but they made me wait for the reply, a lot... till 1 week before entrance, when they rejected my request and I had to pass trought azerbaijan and Kazakhstan instead.
that was the only significant issue / cost
