Smile Western tour of US-September 2017

Planning a 3 week tour of the Western US, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Washington, Oregon and finishing down the coast of California.
Looking for companions for the full trip, part of the trip, or just tag along on part of it.

Starting from Santa Clarita, California.

This is my Second long trip that i have done so still learning the ropes but got it dialed in pretty good.

It's going to be a mixture of tent camping and hotel stays.
Don't really have a itinerary yet, just seeing how much interest i get.
I plan on making this trip with or without company so lets see what happens.

Let me know.

Possible

Hello Javier,
I am planning something about that time, not sure yet. You know there is the HU travelers meeting Sept 21-24, not too far from Santa Clarita. I was thinking about doing that. I don't have 3 weeks either but lets keep in touch, I'm in Vista, south of Santa Clarita, maybe we can get together for part of your ride.
Kind regards,
Dan

Hello Dan,
I'm very new to this site so didn't know about the meeting. Where is it? i would love to go to the meeting.
Yes, lets keep in touch, I am currently mapping out my route and seeing where I'm hotel-ing it and where i'm camping it.
Any part of the trip would be nice to have company.

Javier

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
