China Guide Share - Kyrgyzstan to Nepal, late september 2015
Hey,
my friend and I are looking for travel companions to split the costs of the guide required to travel through China (late September/early october 2015).
We plan on entering China in Kashgar, head to Tibet and go through Nyalam to Nepal. We're flexible regarding the route, so if you have something else in mind (like finishing in India) I'm sure we can find a compromise.
We're 2 guys traveling from Amsterdam to Singapore on two motorcycles.
Cheers,
Maciej

China to Nepal
Hi all,
I am also hoping to arrive in Kashgar in late Sepember, was originally going to travel the KKH through Pakistan to India but this route from Kashgar to Nepal sounds super, almost better! So I am travelling on a vespa 125cc called Grettle, I realize this is a little mad but I have driven her over the alps a few times with no problems and don't see why we can't tackle the himilayas! So I am game to join a group and split costs. I have just asked for a quote from Kashgar tours and will let you know what I find out. Does anyone have a quote yet from anywhere else?
Hope to see you all on the road!
Em X

Hey guys!
First of all – sorry for the late response.
That's awesome, looks like we can work this out and travel together!
We requested a quote for 2 motorcycles, it's around $13k. Huge part of this can be split between other travellers.
Lucile, Pierrette and Denis Robin — do you guys have quotes you can share so we could together pick the best option?

Hey Lisa_Ann,
we're not planing to go through Pakistan, so robinland's option is a better fit for us.
Good luck with finding companions though!
Cheers,
Maciej

Kyrgyzstan China Nepal India - September 2015
Hi.
Just to let you know I plan to cross from Kyrgyzstan into China Friday August 28th to exit 20 days later into Nepal and onward to New Delhi.
Open invite for others to join for China section to share costs of necessary guide and permits. I'm delivering a Hilux (for a charity) so can carry small amount of baggage / spares for others if needed.
Negotiating with travel firms (Navo) at present and hope to confirm arrangements in the next 10 days. I have been quoted CNY 23,000 and hopefully we will pay a lot less.
kind regards and safe travelling
Fergal John.

please note:
* Nepalese border is currently closed. Hopefully it will be re-open shortly.
** Accommodation and meals not included in above quote. I've been told that CNY300 / 350 daily would cover.
