Hi. What is your planned route? I am heading to South East Asia, not India. Cheers.

With the news of a potential Covid vaccine edging closer; the prospects of travel being possible next summer have improved. It looks like there a few people on 4 wheels interested. We need more people on 2 wheels, so if any bikers are interested..........?

For those interested; there may be the opportunity of splitting the group in Yunnan (after passing through Tibet). So, some will continue on to Laos, while the rest will head north to Mongolia. More cars than bikes interested at the moment. We need more bikers!

This still open??
Hi Ourobros2015, I'm back again.
So as per the discussion I had with you on my post, myself and GF are planning on china crossing in Sep 2021 (2up on motorbike) but we were trying to avoid Tibet due to the high altitude..... however I have been constantly researching going another path but there seems to be no groups and for just ourselves - an exorbitant price. So that means that we would be very very interested in joining your group.
I can send on whatever details required to your email, just let me know.
Patrick

Hi Patrick. It's just a waiting game at the moment: we are deep into another lockdown in London for now, with no clear idea of when the restrictions will be eased.
Assuming the vaccine rollout makes overland tavel possible by the summer, then the trip will be on. Things should become clearer and more fixed over the next couple of months (at least I hope so!?). I'll PM you my email.
Cheers

Hello, next year we will start our world tour with 2 Harleys from Austria to Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Laos, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia and on to South America. Entry into China in July 2022 would be better for us, but August would also be possible.
We would like to join your group. Bahre

Hi all. With the ongoing pandemic and new mutations of the Covid virus appearing; this trip has now been postponed to next year.
Cheers.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
