China crossing 2021.
Anyone out there with tentative plans to put a group together for a Kyrgyzstan to Laos crossing next year (via Xinjiang/Xizang/Yunnan)? Obviously Covid and geo-political tensions allowing.
|
OK. I'll rephrase that: I am looking at the possibility of putting a group together to do this trip next year (with the obvious caveats). I have and will continue to contact some companies to try and get the best possible price. So anyone with a genuine interest? Cheers.bier

|
Hi Pan. I think the problems in getting a temp. licence applies to 70+. I am seeking clarification from the Chinese companies and will get back to you when I have confirmation. Cheers.

Hi marka21 and anyone else who may be interested: I've started a FaceBook group for those who want to join, or you can email me at neilmunro69 at hotmail dot co dot uk.

Neil, please remember not everyone is on Facebook, and this forum is a place that people can find, and the information is always available to all interested in going to China permanently, not ephemerally!
Besides, do you really want the ad revenue to go to Facebook? |
Hi Grant. To be honest, I actively dislike FaceBook and would prefer to stay well clear of it; but the reality is that it gets way more traffic than the HUBB so I have more chance of gathering enough people to make a viable group.
I will continue to post about the trip here for those who are interested but who are not on FB. As for the "ad revenue": I don't know what that means?? Cheers.bier |
