You can create your map using Google Maps, adding a new position whenever you want. Embed that map link on your website or blog and people will always see the latest map.
That's how I dealt with the same problem a couple of years ago. As to exactly how to do all this you'll need to search Google for info - its I've forgotten how it was done. It was relatively easy though. Good luck
