FB, Google discussion, Yammer, Twitter etc can save the company time and money! Aslong as you guide it, monitor it and encourage users to use it in a company positive way.

(not 100% right because FB is collecting all data and combines and makes profiles etc... so actually you have to think about what happens if somebody collects all "newpapers" and make a analysis of all newpaper pages  )
