My basic exercise schedule would go something like this:
Faceplant. 25 Reps/day
Squat lift 250 kg bike 25 Reps/day
Yard on bent pannier rack/engine bars 10 reps/day
Unfortunately I also did
Random food, mainly fat and meat 3 reps day
Bottle vodka 1 rep/day
So ended up a bit flabby despite all the heaving and sweating. I think the vibration also had a detrimental effect in terms of wobbling up my man boobs - is this a common biking problem?
