It depends how much time you want to spend on the road.
You could go south to Agra (Taj Mahal)
Visit the amazing Qutub Minar in the south of Delhi as you leave or return: N28 31.469 E77 11.133
Then, west from Agra to Fatephur Sikri: N27 05.812 E77 39.915
Then, onwards to Jaipur & its sights. After that, Pushkar is interesting though the lake has dried up. You might not want to go as far as Udaipur, Jodphur or Jaisalmer etc. in that time. You could head north to the Rat Temple near Bikaner and then finish the loop to Delhi.
Or for a shorter loop, just take the road north-east from Jaipur back to Delhi which goes past the Amber Fort (N26 59.156 E75 51.040).

Yes. They are GPS coordinates. Try them out by pasting them directly into Google Earth. I use a Garmin 60CSx. It's small enough to move from bike to bike or carry around in a pocket or backpack so I get maximum use out of it.
