Leftover currency central asia

Hi all,

I still have some currency left over after my trip in Central Asia, see below.

Armenian Dram 22,000 = 41.96 EUR or 46.156 USD
Kyrgyz Som 1,750 = 22.73 EUR or 25.003 USD
Mongolian Tugrik 20,000 = 6.67 EUR or 7.337 USD
Kazakh Tenge 6,100 = 14.34 EUR or 15.774 USD
Russian Rubles 350 = 4.94 EUR or 5.434 USD

Total 90.64 EUR or 99.70 USD

These are google's currency conversions, for indication only - I'm happy to go (much) lower.

If anyone is interested, let me know - I live in Belgium.

Regards
Bart

Best way to avoid this, although I often forget, is to try and get your fuel tank low when you're getting near a border, and put it all (exactly) in the tank.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
