Things are a bit more relaxed on this side of the pond .
You won't be hassled because you are wearing a dark or iridium visor , it's no big deal to a police officer that you might want to stop the sun from blinding you and I don't imagine that they will inspect your visor for EEC or BSI markings either ,mainly because they won't have a clue what that is all about .
If a person wants to wear a dark visor at night then that is their responsibility, there isn't a "law" to protect them from their own stupidity .
