On such a new bike, this is clearly a dealer issue. Was it like this from new .... or did you not notice? In your other post you mention the plate being crooked.
Could it simply be just the rear sub frame that is bent .... or maybe something is simply "tweaked" and can easily be pushed back straight?
This is dealer stuff.
To bend the frame or sub frame you'd have to FLIP the bike and have it land HARD upside down. If it IS bent (and I doubt it) it probably happened in transit somehow ... and KTM should give you ALL NEW everything to make it right.
Don't Screw around with the bike, don't take anything off , DON'T touch it as this could invalidate your warranty. Just take it in ... and be prepared to wait until the regional KTM rep shows up to make the decision.
