Can I change my booking from camping to the Bunk hose accom?

As it says in the title, I'd like to book a dorm bed for the 3 nights, can I do this and if so how do I go about it?

Ta,

JC

Not a problem! Please always just reply to your confirmation email to contact us directly to make the changes. Then we have your registration in front of us and it's easy for us as we have all your details.
You can pay the additional amount at the "paylater" link in the email.
See you there!

Thursday

Hi everyone, I'm a new member and would love to attend.
Because of a preplanned trip I may only be able to attend Thursday and possibly early Friday (leaving by midday).
Is it possible to get a day pass but for Thursday (like the Saturday pass or Thursday/Friday overnight like the Weekender)?
Unfortunately I won't be able to know 100% if I can make it till near the date due to requiring transport with family. Apologies.

Best is to just arrive when you can! You will be required to pay the full event from that point, but tell them you'll leave early and when you leave, simply check OUT at the reg tent and they'll give an appropriate refund.

Sadly you will miss most of it, and especially the connecting with travellers over the full weekend that makes it feel like a family event!

Book the time now for next year!

Thursday

By next year I should have my bike and have much more freedom to attend, possibly for the whole weekend as I begin to sort out gear for travelling.

Hopefully see you soon

I am planning to come through on Saturday morning and pay on entry. What is the earliest that I can book in?

Smile Registration tent is open from 9am-9pm

If you arrive earlier, just relax and have a cup of tea, someone will be around soon!

Without suggesting that the weather will be less than perfect this weekend (we're sure the sun will shine on Wales!),we just wanted to let you know there are still some beds and rooms available if you'd prefer not to drag your tent along! ;-)

First in, best dressed, but if you let Susan know in advance (e-mail preferred), we'll be sure to save you a warm bed!

See you soon, Grant & Susan

Gutted that I can't make it due to my lack transport. Although spending a weekend trying to keep the dog dry might get a little annoying.
Hope you have a fantastic weekend and stay dry.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
