Same as Mark, yes it's well down on power at extreme altitudes, but not enough to bother fiddling, just plan to ride slower.
You COULD drop the needles (the main area you ride) if you're ambitious, but I hate taking things apart - like carbs and risking diaphragm damage - in the middle of nowhere when it's working ok.
Changing the main jets would be a waste of time, as they're really only effective at 3/4 and up throttle.
NOTE: Needle JETS and NEEDLES wear on these carbs, and that makes them RICHER - what you don't want - so a fresh set before you go would be a good idea.
