Well, at least you're doing the good work on the 3AJ while i'm still gathering all the bike parts for the summer.
I saw the single headlight on mezo's thread, it looks quite OK, but in my opinion the 2 headlight is the way to go, way more retro sexy . As i recall all the parts except for the fairings and dash are completely the same as Yamaha was only doing a face lift...
Wouldn't know what year the TDR125 should be, but i found some headlights that will fit on german ebay.
Scheinwerfer / Licht / Maske + Birnen - Yamaha TDR 125 bei eBay.de: Markenspezifische Teile (endet 28.06.10 18:03:16 MESZ)
or
Yamaha TDR 125 - Frontscheinwerfer Scheinwerfer Licht bei eBay.de: Leichtkraftradteile (endet 17.07.10 21:29:16 MESZ)
Have in mind though that the TDR has both lights on when in low beam and when in high beam, so you'll have to connect another wire to the second light (well, depends on your XTZ model, some also had the twin low beam).
I have a spare plastic headlight frame laying somewhere in the garage, in case you'll need one. It's not as new, but would do the work.
I'm looking for them el cheapo TW200 wide pegs from Hong Kong and they are apparently not shipping to half of the world. If you can order them for me i'll pay all of the expenses, of course
There is an excellent site for the XTZ660, sadly in german but uncle Google helps a little with that.

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
