I've had a few ideas of my own, which involved welding butterflys to some 'normal' bolts - but your solution is much more practical.

Hey smokin.
I was looking around myself with little luck. I posted the same question on another forum Motorcycle forums, news, articles, biking and events from Visordown.com, and someone posted me some. He said he had them off an old clothes rail..
They are pretty common in many applications. Think about cupboard door knobs, knob handles for clothes racks, weight benches. Anything thats adjustable by hand really.
