Swapping your front-end and getting a whole replacement shouldn't be too hard (you only need to find a matching yoke size) and could give you a better setup, but will cost a lot more. I reckon the simplest thing would be to get a spare or even better damaged front wheel for your model, rip the hub out and get a new one built. Rims are pretty generic so just get the right size and spoke no.. Maybe have a look at what your tyre availability is and get the right size for the tyres of your choice.
