To me its a Europe final model CG125 (which was Vietnam built) but with an older model drum brake plus a high mudguard, great bike (wife had one) but the odd centrifugal oil filter obliged more frequent oil changes, and not quite the quality or finish of euro builds or Japan builds.
I presume this has the same system. If you have the patience and aren't huge or like to travel with loads of gear I'm sure it's a good choice but run very good oil with frequent changes in it as the engine will be working much harder than a larger one.
