You can say a lot about Stalin but he electrified most of Russia. According to the rider, who's been in Russia along the route he's chosen a couple of times on bike already it's easier to find electricity than petrol. The range of the bike is approx 200 km per charge - if everything goes smooth. So to be on the safe side he's looking at 160 km per charge. He'll start in the morning, ride 160 kms, have a 3 hrs charge and a lunch, then do another 160 km. Approx 320 km per day. That's the initial idea, anyway. The rolling chassis is a KTM 990 Adv. It's being built (e.g. rigged with an electric motor and batteries) in the UK by Mavizen.
