Red face Greetings from Pakistan

Hello Everyone!
A big thanks to Grant and everyone else for this beautiful portal of knowledge

Hope you all are in the best of health and making some sense of the post-covid world

Im Ahmed from Pakistan, mid 30s (though i strongly believe i will be 16 foever )and share the same passion as the rest of the community; travel.

Ive been riding motorcycles for a good couple of years and have travelled well to explore the north of my country on two wheels.

As the passion to explore and meet new people and be a part of amazing cultures, I had planned an international trip this year but due to the restriction had to shift it to 2021/22 depending on the visa / border conditions.

I will be posting details in the Planning section of the website to get some feedback and will try to edit this for including the link to the thread

Hope to learn from the community and meet some of you during my trips

Have a good day!

Hi Ahmed

Welcome to the HUBB. As you will have seen there is so much information here on the HUBB and so much experience with the travellers on here. As is always the case, there will be times when you ask the HUBB questions but there will also be times when you can give answers - for instance about good places to go in pakistan, local rules etc.

Anyway, welcome.

Thanks Alatif!

You might also want to add some of your favorite places in Pakistan to the HU Destinations section - great places to see, places to get bikes fixed, motorcycle friendly accommodation, whatever might be of interest to travellers!

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
