Not your browser! See above.
Time Zone: It SHOULD show current GMT, not BSummerT. The overall Forum default is GMT, and automatically adjust for Summer Time. Good for most northern hemisphere countries, not so good for southerners, but there is no way to get it right for everyone.
You can set yours differently if you wish to correct it - check in your user options / edit options / Date & Time options - it could be set to Automatically Detect DST, or ignore or always use DST in YOUR time zone.
There are other settings in that page worth having a look at too, such as Thread Display options: Oldest first, or newest first! Number of posts to display per page is one I often set myself to a higher number.
Also check that the Message Editor interface - last item on the page - is set to Enhanced interface, Full wysiwig editing.
