I don't need to add much to that Grant, very well covered.
As you replied to Joe90 the trick is one calendar at a time - the individual postage is less than the £4.68 VAT for two calendars, and the £4 "handling" fee the post office will charge on the package because it breaks the £18 value as a 'bulk' order.
My two calendars are declared on form from CafePress as:-
Custom Declaration
Type - Gift / Documents / commercial Sample / Other - Other
Item Weight (lbs) Value (US$)
Calendar 1.45 49.98
and the post office charged £8.68
Buy the calendars individually and you pay just what you see on the CafePress page. In the words of Punch "That's the way to do it".
