BUT the basic rules of polite and civil conduct which everyone agreed to when signing up for the HUBB, will still apply, though moderation will be a LITTLE looser than elsewhere on the HUBB.

Great to see students involved in projects such as this.

Perhaps using an existing vehicle platform like a VW multivan may have made the project more relatable to people, but thats just my thoughts.

The EV market is on an unstoppable climb now. Rivian, Ford F-150, GMC and others going electric as many more hybrids. Will be interesting future.

Well as a concept it looks very smart but in reality it has to be crash tested & that's where it would fail, so then they have to make it strong enough to protect the occupants, not forgetting the added weight of mandatory ABS, airbags etc etc & that would double its weight & half its endurance, or more.

Hydrogen powered engines are the future, not EV`s.

Mezo.

Hydrogen has been spoken of as the fuel of the future for over 30yrs.

It never seems to get there.

EV’s are here, now.

Either is fine IMO

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
