Sorry I dont, but I read about it in gt-rider dot com forums, a traveller (or 2 travellers) who really did it in 2004 or thereabouts... maybe the title of the thread (or part of it) was "the missing link of overland travel", or something like that. Now that I think about it, I´m not sure, if they were actually allowed to cross the entire country, or if they had to freight the bikes thru some areas.
I believe there was also a "rally" (organised by the ASEAN, maybe?) some years ago, that went through Burma from India to Singapore, but I dont think that counts. Big organisations may have much more leverage to negotiate all permits from the military junta.
As an occasional tourist, I really wouldnt get too excited about my chances.
