Dbs Ferry Vladivostok to Korea

Does anyone know if the ferry is still running. Cannot make anything out on their website.

Planning a RTW within the next 3 or 4 years

Hasn't been running since Covid IIRC. There was a plan by a different South Korean company to start up a service, but I think that got scrapped when Russia invaded Ukraine.

Based on https://www.koreakonsult.com/eastern...uise_eng.html#, the Vladivostok-South Korea ferry is still running weekly. That page has recent schedule details.

This article also provides a good overview of South Korea tourism stats to help plan that part of your RTW: https://gowithguide.com/blog/tourism...d-to-know-5254

I did Vladivostok to South Korea ferry with my motorcycle July 2024. I assume you have all sorted. Let me know if you have any questions.

This is one that keeps coming up- can you provide information about the ferry - names, websites and contact details if possible please? Thanks

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
