In Matadi February 2009, the process was fairly easy. No letter of invitation was required, though we did have one. Don't expect anything more than a five-day transit visa, though.

Hummm these are NOT goods news...
Anyway, I live in morocco and I called today the Angolan embassy. It seem very simple to get the visa... they didn't even asked for an invitation letter...
I just hope it will be that simple when we will actually go to the embassy to get them....
