Touring Western USA from July-October

Hello American riders! I'm Gareth from Ireland currently touring the US on a Honda Africa Twin for three months before I head further south. Right now I'm heading west towards Rapid City, SD, then I'll be around Colorado for a few weeks, probably California after that and finishing at the MotoGP in Austin, TX right before my visa expires. If anyone wants to meet up and go for a ride or show me around their area I'll be delighted!

I'm near Denver on a CB500X.

I'll also probably be heading toward California shortly... but if you'd like to do a few loop rides in the area in the next few days, I'd be up for that.

Hey Gareth, Just wondering how you're getting on with your travels given the current Covid climate and have you had many troubles being on the road (being stopped, local lockdowns, etc.)
I'm hoping to start a trip from Alaska to Argentina mid next year and trying to gauge the situation along the route *obviously things might change pretty quickly atm.

Safe Travels!
Rhys

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
