Myanmar crossing March 2019 (Thailand to India)

Hi all!

Is anyone planning to cross Myanmar on or around March 11th, from Thailand to India? We are travelling with a car, on our way back to the Netherlands. Initially we planned to cross with Geoff Keys, but he unfortunately can't make it anymore.

If you are up for joining us, please let me know!

I have some quotes, but have not made a selection yet. Now in the process of finding out which agency has the best group to join. I would suggest you to start with Zamin Tun from Myanmar Senses Family (find him on Facebook) and Javier Sanchez from Osuga (on FB as as well). Good luck!

Yes JayC, we just might! Are you guys crossing with Zawmin from Myanmar Senses Family? If yes, you are crossing in 5 days / 4 nights, right? We were thinking of doing the 10 days crossing, but perhaps we could change to 5 days. Are you able to drop me an email at niels_scherling@hotmail.com? Thanks!

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
