Hello Pietro,

I am going to Greece in February and I’ll stay there until end of March. After that I’ll cross Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Iran to reach the Stans. Starting in Turkmenistan I’ll go to Uzbekistan and Tajikistan (Pamir) and to Kyrgyzstan, once in Osh and depending on the time (China crossing starting on August 13th) I’ll go to Tashkent and Bishkek or directly to Bishkek.

After China, Pakistan and Nepal, I may have to leave the motorcycle in Nepal for a week at the end of September (still not sure), and my intention is to be on the Myanmar border by mid-October. To cross Myanmar and Thailand you need (as for China) an agency/guide. After that, in Laos I’ll head south to Cambodia and Malaysia (2nd Thailand crossing) and finally to Indonesia. If everything goes as planned, I’ll be there around Dec’18-Jan’19. Time to fly back to Germany.

This is a bit off topic for this thread, if you want more information; I think it would be better if you send me a pm.

Cheers
Samuel

Hello all,

I don’t know how many of you would be interested, if any. After China I intend to cross Myanmar and Thailand, starting mid-October. I started a thread for this, as it is also needed to have a guide in both countries.

For September our Idea is the 3rd or the 10. for boarder crossing.
Update information:
for 3rd of September we have already two Groups, one with 10, the other at the moment with 6 motorbikes, so it would be still possible to join.
