ireland to morocco day by day

Hi my name is Peter. I'm leaving dublin on the 19th october and don't have to be in morocco until xmas. Would like to meet a few travelers along the way. I'm a young and sometimes stupid 54 years of age. I love adventure riding and new places. I've had a few adv rides in europe but this my first big trip. It will be approx 6 months.
My plan is very loose. trail ridding in wales then the HU meeting in germany. After that i am open to suggestions and would love to meet up with riders along the way with some local knowledge of good places to go to ride a few miles with or camp in some like minded travelers gardens and here some good stories as I'm on a tight budget.
The bike is a cb500x with the rally raid kit level 3. This is my first time posting here so don't know what to expect.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice. Peter

Well you can expect a warm welcome Peter to start with.

Hope you've got snow tyres fitted for that trip!

Are you coming near Bilbao? If so, when? Maybe I could go with you for a ride round here.

Hi Peter, I'm based in Wales so if you need an overnight or two in the neck of the woods give me a shout. I'm near to the Dolaucothi Gold Mine just west of the Brecon Beacons...

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
