India-Europe

We want to leave India next spring 2015 and we have 4 options.
a: Nepal-Tibet-China-Kirchiziestan
b: India-Pakistan-Iran etc.
c: India-Pakistan Karakoram Highway-China-Kirchiziestan
d: India-Oman (by boat)-Iran

We are traveling by 4X4 and are looking for people to share a, b, or c.
And we want to hear/read about experience of the KKH over the last 2 years.

Tibet/China

Hello Anil

At the moment we are for a 'holiday' in the Netherlands, but will be back in India begin of December

We will ask NAVO for a calculation of the costs. We would like to go in April to Tibet and we have another car -4 persons who will probably join us.

What are your details and do you mind if we pass them to NAVO as well for the calculation??

Nice hearing from you and looking forward to the trip

Regards

You are more than welcome to our group but we are crossing from Nepal into Tibet to Kyrgyzy. The plan is end of April. At the moment we are 2 couples, 2 kids and probably 2 bikers as well.
Pakistan/Iran would be another itinerary. We have to go as a group to Kyrgyzy - it is not possible to split and go to Pakistan. Iran could be reached from Kyrgyzy/Turkmenistan as well.
Please let us know your decision; we have a quote and info from NAVO but will contact also WEIMA, as we heard they have good info and prices as well. The agent will need 3 months to arrange everything for the crossing via Tibet.

If we would like to have more info please ask via email: ronald.enrini@gmail.com

Regards,

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
