Into Tabriz

Hi jojo nice to hear from you. If you are heading into Tabris we stayed at the Iran hotel (next door to Darya hotel) on 22 Mahman Blvd, easy to drive to south from the airport & good secure parking for bike. We paid 1300000 rials for us both with basic breakfast. Nice friendly staff too. Just checking bike this morning if all good we r heading south to Isfahan, Shiraz and then onto Persian Gulf. If timing & bike goes ok we should be able to meet up later for the Pakistan border crossing, either in Bam or Zehedan. Our email is Sandra.saunders@uwa.edu.au
, enjoy the road....Sam & Stew

Looking to join other riders.

Hi everyone.

I am riding solo at the moment and will be arriving at Bam in two weeks time (about the 16th Oct). Heading for the Iran/Pak border.
If you guys are doing the same and don't mind joining together, I'd sure appreciate the company.

All the best.

Bill

Hey, i am in Teheran right now, heading south tomorrow! I will reach Bam also in that time, just for notice, i ve got the Information that it is the best to arrive in Quetta until wednesday of every Week because otherwise you will have to stay in Quetta for three days, because Escort is not available on weekends/Holiday! Does someone of you have got a noc certificate?
Enjoy Iran!!

Hi All,
I don't have an NOC certificate - does anyone have one already?

I won't be able to get to bam before the 16th. Maybe 15th if I push it. But as Jojo said no point arriving in Quetta during the weekend.

Let me know what date you guys end up going with.

Hey Guys, just got the information, that the noc will be arranged in quetta from the police there, it is no problem. I also think that i will be in Bam around the 15th of October. Best would be if we meet there and take the border in the evening, so we can start the travel early in the morning from Taftan (no travelling in nighttimes allowed).
