Hi Ben
Your adventure sound great
My boyfriend and I are doing the mongol rally in June on our C90's
So I'm not sure if our times will match up but we will be in Iran/ Turkmenistan/ Uzbekistan area late June -July planning to be in Ulan Ude around September
It would be great to meet up if we find ourselves in the same area

Germany to Russia
Hello Ben,
I just left my bike in storage last week in Heidelberg after a six week trip throughout Europe and planning to return in the Spring. I too have enough time to devote to such a trip and have a friend in Salzburg who is also interested in traveling to Iran. Please send more info on your plans as they unfold; I'll forward to Dr. Feldkamp in Salzburg and hopefully we can put something solid together.
Thanks,
Dale

Heather, you'll start the rally route about 1,5 months before the event starts?
I'll be doing the "rally route" reverse (did the rally in 2015). Heading towards Magadan and Vladivostok on 1st June. In Central-Asia should be around end of July and August.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
