Kyrgyzstan - China - Pakistan (mid) September 2015 with Navo-Tours

Hi everybody!

on my RTW-Trip I want to drive the KKH from Kyrgyzstan into China to Pakistan around middle September.

Actually I am on my own - one guy and one bike.

Is Anybody interested to since a group to share the costs?

If yes:

. Send me a message and maybe have a look at this wonderful organized thread from Kim - which makes "eveything" much easier:

http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hub...rgyzstan-78706

. At the moment I am still in contact with Leo and Abby from Navo-Tours. They are more than helpful and make a quite good offer. They gave me - like many other travellers here in the HUBB-Forum before - copious/costless informations and they try to bring people together to since groups and so on.

Best greetings from Germany,

Christian

UK to New Zealand

Hi Christian I am looking at the same route about the same time and would like to travel with someone through this area.
At this stage I have not set my route and are open to options, someone to share the costs across China would be great.
I have a UK registered motorcycle and have started the carnet process.
My trip will be UK to New Zealand.

Good morning Stephen,

sorry for the little delay but here were to much to do - christmas and stuff like this.

Thanks for your answer. It´s very good to know another one who will wants to do the same. :-)

So, now I will get in contact with Leo from Navo-Tours to say that I have found "another crazy one". At this moment they already try to put traveller-groups together. When I know more/get more informations I will get in contact you again.

If you have time till that moment:

1. Here is something to read about Navo:

Motorcycling tours to China, riding in China –NAVO Tour

2. Please get in contact with Kim here in the HUBB, she can put you into the "General-HUBB-KKH-2015-List" - have a look here:

http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hub...rgyzstan-78706

I think it will be a good to keep that running.

3. With a look on the time and the money, here are to possible routes for me - have a look:

https://www.google.de/maps/dir/39.71...7f1a59!1m0!3e0

https://www.google.de/maps/dir/40.52...7f1a59!1m0!3e0

4. I will send you - in an E-Mail - a german message from Navo-Tours with some generally informations. I think you can read it with the Google-Translator.

What do you think?

Best greetings from cold Germany,

Christian

P.S. By the way: UK - New Zealand - that sounds great. :-)

Hi Christian,
I plan to be there on my DR650 about the same time. I want to go Moscow-Bukhara(Uzbekistan)-Samarkand(Uzbekistan)-Dushanbe(Tadjikistan)-Khorog(Tadjikistan)-Osh(Kyrgizstan)-Almaty(Kazakhstan). Basically my intention is to go via Pamir mountains pass. If you are flexible we could discuss how we can combine our efforts. Major principle for me is to enjoy the ride and spectacular views. I'm not willing to "eat miles". Please let me know if it sound attractive for you.
Kindest regards.
Leonid.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB.
