You would have to get it homologated before registration here in Spain, which might involve changing some parts (possibly things like the ECU, exhaust, lights).
I think that when Itchy Boots bought her first Himalayan there was a bigger difference between the domestic and EU specifications than there is now.
An alternative would be to get a Himalayan here (there's lots of cheap low km 411s at the moment), ride it in the other direction, and then get it shipped back in a crate.
