Acerbis 23
Ive been looking for an Acerbis tank for my xt600e and am resigning myself to having to buy new as I'm off to Scotland at the end of May and would like the extra mileage.
I'm after a bit of advice, what's peoples opinions on whether it's worth getting locking cap or not, will original locking cap fit an Acerbis tank (trying to save money!) and could anyone recommend who to buy an Acerbis tank off, Blood sweat tears, Dave lambeth, ?
Any opinions welcome
Tom

I have the XT600e
I couldn't tell you whether or not the original locking cap will fit but I have a locking cap on my Acerbis, it was on when I got the bike, and I don't think I have ever locked it, even when I was on my Balkans trip

Well My 22L Acerbis XR400 Tank arrived from Germany two days ago.
Looks great and fits lovely on My TTR250, just need to knock up some front brackets out of 6mm ali to position it correctly.
Can't fault the service from FC Moto, and the Acerbis tank looks great quality. Comes with 2 petcocks, some fuel tube and other gubbins.

Trying to locate one as well
Hi, I also look for a larger tank for my TTR250, got confusing info from various places. Would you by any chance have the part number for the one that "fits" please ?
Edit: The bike is in Canada now, wish to buy in the States, the link to FC moto doesn't inform on part number. Tks in advance!

To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
