It depends on how you count it...
Nick is technically the fastest person, based on actual riding time, whereas I believe Kevin & Julia are based on actual days...
Nick's most recent circumnavigation (not recognized by Guinness BTW as they stopped counting these attempts, as they though it was too dangerous) was based on stopping and starting the clock every time he got on and off the bike. He took the shortest route possible, and (what many people consider) missed out huge chunks that were technically ridable - from what I understand the is a 'minimum distance on land' required for it to count as round the world.
Either way, both are significant achievements - although Kevin & Julia's attempt might be considered more in the spirit of things perhaps?
