The length of your trip doesnt make it any less of an adventure. An adventure is all in your head anyway.
Personally, I do small trips about twice a year and strive to do a big, expensive 6 month + adventure trip every 2-3 years.
I (like many here) would spend my life travelling the world on 2 wheels but sadly I have to work, scrimp and save to afford the smaller trips, let alone the bigger ones.
My last large trip cost the earth but was totally life changing. The problem with doing a long demanding adventure is that you will come home and think of nothing else... It will control you !!
