Have you tried Books & magazines | Horizons Unlimited on your mobile? That section already exists and works well - we think - so please check it out!
I'm REALLY not a fan of duplicating sections, just leads to dilution and poor results.

Admittedly, I'm still learning to navigate the mobile HU element. (Nobody mention old dog new tricks please).
I fully understand the duplication issue.

Grant, any chance you can add an audiobook category to dropdown menu.
Or some way to mark the existing books as "available as audiobook" and make it searchable.

And while you're there - can you also make it display more than 9 books at a time. 20 would be a good number.

Done! 18 as it's only in three's and that seemed to be plenty
thanks for the idea on audio books, they weren't at all popular when we originally created the listing.

Note that audio books are not searchable and someone - me - has to go in and search all the books and search Amazon etc to see which are available in audio - so a massive amount of work that just can't happen, so if you know of one that is in audiobooks send me the link to the audiobook and the link to the book on HU you're talking about and I can add it quickly.
thanks!

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
