If batt is not the culpret check your ground on that side and your alternater. I hate electrical problems. If none of that works get a tester that will check conductuiety (sp) you may have a partial break in a wire that is causing more resistance on one side than the other. Or it may be the batt and one side draws more juice than the other. There are about a million other little things that can drive you nuts. Good luck.
