Motorcycle storage in Cape Town for 7 weeks

I'm looking for storage for my motorcycle for 7 weeks in Cape Town. I'm arriving after riding from Cairo and flying to the USA on 5 June. I'm returning 26 July to Cape Town to head up the other side (west) of Africa to London.

Secure #1 priority, and since I've been on the road from Texas, value priced is always appreciated. Thanks, Clark

FYI, I found storage just off the CPT airport.

I used XTRASPACE, but there are other self storage companies in the area. R600/mo for private unit that fits large motorcycle (panniers off), and all your gear. Not the cheapest option per month, but savings in taxi to the airport offsets some of that for my short term storage.

Hi.
Can you give me contacts of storage, please?

And can you tell me if it was successful? (storage, flights, comeback and continue journey, that documents you had for bike)

We plan the same thing but heard that it is illegal to leave the car and go out of the country

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
