The TVIP is call in different ways even inside same each country, a “Temporary Import Permit” is a “transit Permit”, as far I know isn’t different kind of permits in anywhere. Isn’t a document you have to provide them, they must issue it for you and they have to know it. A photo to show only will work if it’s a Colombian permit. Maybe you were talking with the ones who sweep the floor or the one who just use the stamp... My advice, just ask for the “Jefe”, each day your bike stay in a warehouse it will cost you.
Then some people say that Argentina is complicate....
