Colombia Tyre, chain and sprocket set pre order?

Hello, I'm so glad to say I finally arrive in Colombia's Cartagena on the 4th!
Whoop!
Sadly I need new tyres and a chain and socket set
I can limp on to Medellin and although I can fit the things myself, I don't know where to order stuff or get it delivered too and I really don't want to be fit another tyre!
Can anyone recommend a helpful garage that would get the order in now so I'm not waiting weeks for parts? Maybe someone with an email address?
Many thanks
Will

Tyres Front 90/90-21 Rear 120, 130 or 140/80-18 71R
Sprocket Front 13 or 14 Rear 40 or 42

Why do you guys dont carry spares as everyone else? Its becomming more and more people asking for help just because they dont plan their trip in the first hand. Way more intelligent would be just to ride a local bike. No shiping costs and all parts are easy to get...

Thanks Z, most helpful, I have already fitted my spare sprocket n chain set, I have a cam chain tensioner which I've heard can go along with cluch cable and inner tubes but as you can see, space tight on a 250. Tyres were a little too much of an ask...

Spelling the name of the country correctly in the thread title will help garner information. Ask at https://www.facebook.com/groups/KLRcolombia/ regarding your questions. I met with these guys in Medellin and they were super helpful.

The guy IS planning his trip! Working out where he's going to buy important consumables could be perceived by some as a good idea. Each person's "intelligence" is in the eye of the beholder.

Nothing positive to say, say nothing, Toby?

It could also be US-American predictive spelling If you click Edit > Go Advanced, you should be able to edit the title too

Please,
do not turn this very informative, useful, extremely friendly and inspirational forum into the run of the mill type.

There are already far too many other forums where readers feel the need to belittle and humiliate others just because they ask for assistance.

If anyone can suggest and pass on information then do so, as there are many who do not ask but are happy with the answers that come along.

If you cannot add to the wealth of knowledge then just pass on to the next post and not bother yourself with a question that you already know everything about.

Not all are as experienced and look forward to learning.

Regards to all.......

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
