Which ATM gives US $ in Buenos Aires

Which ATM gives US $, to foreighners, in Buenos Aires?
I know often you get the choice but then the machine doesn't has any.
But in big citys like Salta, Belgian guy did it there and Buenos Aires this must be possible.
Are it certain banks or even just certain ATM's?
Does anyone know?

@markharf A Belgian guy is Salta made use of that, got $ from the ATM then exchanged them on the blackmarket for a way better rate.
That was in November last year.

In Buenos Aires downtown on Florida near Correntes is the main branch of HSBC. I think it is 200 Florida or close to that. Anyways, inside the branch as a few ATMs that dispense USD. BUT, there is something to remember, if you are using a foreign bank card, then it is up to your home bank to accept the withdrawal or not. I highly doubt it will be allowed as it will a 40% losing transaction for your home bank, OR your home bank may do the transaction at the blackmarket rate or worse. In any case, these HSBC USD ATMs should only be used by people who have a USD account with an Argentine bank.

If you are desperate for USD, then go to Colonia to the BRU bank and take out as much USD as you want from the ATM.

Another little trick if you are short on USD is to go to Chile and take Chilean Pesos out of the ATM (as much as you want) and then exchange the CHL for Argentine Pesos at a casa de cambio in Chile. You will get the best exchange rate if you go to towns which have a lot of argentinos visiting as there will be an excess of ARS in the market there.

I doubt if there are still ATM's left in Argentina which provide dollars. Christina Kirchner is trying to prevent by all means that the argentinians spent their money abroad or convert it into foreign currency. Maybey in November there were still some machines which had escaped her attention(..) but nowadays, as I said before I doubt it. That's why the black market price is rocketing in Argentina.

Why do you need US $ in Argentine? Every goods and services you need to buy here, you pay with Argentine $. I went to the States and not take Argentine $ from ATM there.

Raul,simple math
Our blood sucking goverment changes them their dollars at a rate of 5 pesos.
If you take 100 dollars from your account, they hand you 500 pesos over.
If you take 100 dollars in U$S bills you can get 800 in the "blue" market.
Simple survival math........
And i am shure no one wants our devaluated paper outside Argentina......
