I’m sure it can be done with your Equadorian lincense but an international license might help you to avoid problems.

It’s legal and possible but it’s not easy and it will take some time. Both countries require Carnet and you (or the buyer) have to pay import-tax and do massive paper work. It’s impossible to say how much it will cost and how much time you need.
