Anyone have a safe spot to stash my bike in Spain?

I'm flying back to the U.S. On the 29th from Madrid. Just curious if any bike guys have a shed or garage etc. I could store my bike for a few months maybe up till June or July when I could come back and do Running of the Bulls etc. I could pay a little in need be. Just want a member of the biking community I can trust. currently in south Spain.
Thanks!

I stored a bike near Malaga several years ago, courtesy of a British ex-pat mechanic who lived there. I hired him to do some work on the bike during the 6 or 8 months he had it, and when he failed to charge me commensurately I took him and his partner out to a nice dinner. Nice people.

If you'd be interested in such an arrangement--there definitely has to be some sort of compensation involved--I'll dig out his old contact information and pass it to you privately. I'm noting that your timeline is pretty tight, so probably best to make your own arrangements if you can.

Hope that's helpful.

Mark

I am not sure if these people are the same as those posted a few hours ago, as given above.

I haven't used them personally but they do have a lot of facilities including bike hire, so they certainly have space:-

A few years ago I stashed my Tenere with Hana at MotoAdvenTours for a year.

Very convenient to be able to fly into the nearby Málaga airport and hop over to Morocco.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
